Your privacy, kept simply.

To run a milk route, we need to know who to deliver to and where. We collect only what the relationship needs:

• Your name and the name your household goes by.
• A delivery address inside Indore, including any landmark notes that help our delivery rider find the gate.
• A phone number — usually mobile — so we can confirm orders, share monthly bills and reach you about route changes.
• Optional email address, if you prefer written correspondence.
• A record of products you have ordered and amounts billed, retained for accounting and to suggest a steady monthly plan.

We do not collect payment-card numbers on this website. Where applicable, payments are received separately via UPI, bank transfer or cash.

The information you share is used to:

• Plan and run the morning and evening delivery routes.
• Confirm orders, schedules and seasonal changes.
• Generate monthly bills and reconcile payments with your household.
• Send the occasional message about festival hampers, new seasonal items, or service interruptions (heavy rain, festival closures, etc.).

We do not use your data for behavioural advertising, scoring, or profiling of any kind.

Access is limited to the family members and staff of Farmers Milk Cart who actually run the route — typically the owner, the route supervisor and the accounting helper. Our delivery rider sees only the bare minimum required: name, lane, gate number and quantities for that morning.

We share information with third parties only in three narrowly-defined cases:

• When required by law, court order, or a binding request from a competent government authority in India.
• When a delivery partner or logistics service is genuinely required for a particular order, and only the address and drop-off detail needed for that delivery.
• With your explicit consent, given in writing or over a recorded call.

Active customer records are kept for as long as you are on our route. If you ask us to stop deliveries and have settled all dues, we retain only the minimum information required by Indian accounting and tax law (typically up to eight years) and then delete the rest.

You may ask us to delete your account record at any time by writing to sunilmba.indira@gmail.com. We will action it within 30 days, subject to the legal retention above.

This website is a small, mostly static brochure. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Standard hosting and content-delivery providers may set minimal technical cookies needed to serve pages — these do not identify you personally.

If we add analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting service that does not build cross-site profiles, and update this page before the change goes live.

You can, at any time, ask us to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you.
• Correct an inaccurate detail (a wrong gate, a typo).
• Delete your record, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Pause communications other than the ones strictly needed to run your delivery.

Farmers Milk Cart serves households, not minors directly. We do not knowingly create customer records for anyone under 18. Where the household includes children, we treat them as members of that household; the account remains in the name of an adult.

We may update this policy as the business grows or as Indian privacy law evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
