The terms, plainly written.
These terms set out the agreement between you and Farmers Milk Cart when you place a delivery order with us in Indore. We have tried to keep them short, fair, and free of jargon. Where ambiguity exists, the spirit of a local household relationship — clear communication, honest service, prompt payment — governs.

01 Who we are
Farmers Milk Cart is a sole proprietorship operating from 618, Greater Brajeshwari, Pipliyahana, Near Agrawal Public School, Indore — 452016, Madhya Pradesh, India. References in these terms to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Farmers Milk Cart. “You” means the household or individual placing the order.
02 Placing an order
Orders may be placed by email, phone, in-person at the address above, or any messaging channel we mutually agree on. A confirmed order means we have:
- Agreed on the items, quantities and delivery window.
- Captured a verifiable delivery address inside Indore.
- Recorded a phone number for delivery and billing coordination.
Standing daily orders continue until you ask us to pause or stop them. A 24-hour notice is appreciated for changes; we will accommodate shorter notice where the route allows.
03 Pricing
Prices shown on this website and on our menu are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Prices may change with the season, festivals, or the cost of fodder and ingredients. We will communicate any change before it takes effect on your account.
Custom quantities, festival hampers and bulk orders may be priced individually. Such quotations remain valid for seven days unless stated otherwise.
04 Delivery
We currently deliver only within Indore city limits. Standard delivery windows are 6 – 9 am (morning round) and 5 – 8 pm (evening round). We will agree your window at the time of setting up the route.
If a delivery cannot be made for reasons outside our control — closed gate, no response, unreachable address, weather, strikes, or public disruption — we will attempt to contact you and, where reasonable, attempt re-delivery the same day.
05 Quality & freshness
Every item we deliver is intended to be consumed fresh. Milk, curd and buttermilk should be refrigerated immediately on receipt. If a product arrives in unsatisfactory condition — spoiled, leaked, mismeasured — please inform us within 12 hours so we can replace or credit it.
Once you have accepted delivery and consumed the product without raising a complaint within the timeframe above, the delivery is treated as accepted.
06 Payment
Most customers settle accounts on a monthly cycle. We issue a statement around the first week of every month, payable via UPI, bank transfer, cash, or any other method we agree to in writing.
Repeated non-payment beyond 30 days from the date of the statement may cause us to pause your route until the outstanding amount is cleared.
07 Cancellation & refunds
You may pause or cancel your standing order at any time by informing us in advance. There are no cancellation penalties. Pre-paid balances, where any, will be refunded by the same channel they were received, less the value of any deliveries actually made.
For one-off or festival orders, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the agreed delivery time are refundable in full. Later cancellations may attract a reasonable charge for raw material already procured.
08 Use of the website

All text, photographs and design are the property of Farmers Milk Cart unless otherwise credited.
